These items are brand new, hand made suites, that usually have a lead time of 4-6 weeks, though lead times vary, and it's best to contact us for a more accurate indication of lead times. When your suite has been manufactured to your specification, you will receive a call from us, where we will book in a convenient delivery date. The items will then be delivered, unwrapped, and all packaging removed for your inspection, before the goods are signed for.

Due to the heavy and bulky nature of this type of furniture, delivery will be conducted by a specialised courier, and the most this will cost will be £69 inclusive of VAT, to the Mainland UK.  Pre-Used and Refurbished Suites:

When these items appear on the website, they are ready for immediate shipping. They are quality, pre-used goods, which will arrive in the condition as stated on the site. Aged leather will show minor blemishes, commensurate with age and usage. This typically enhances the appearance of leather, however, please buy brand new, if you require a flawless piece of furniture.

Shipping times will vary, but are typically within 7-14 days of order, and often sooner. You will be contacted by us when your order is ready to be dispatched. More remote areas of the mainland are likely to experience delays in shipping, such as Norfolk, Devon/Cornwall, North Wales and Scotland.

Solid Furnishings:

Please ensure you have sufficient access to your home, as typically pieces described as "solid" are not designed to dismantle, and are usually large, and very heavy. Shipping of such items to the UK Mainland will be conducted by a specialised courier, and will be capped at £69 inc VAT. Should you wish to buy several pieces from the same range, you will benefit from free shipping of all additional pieces. These pieces will typically ship within 7-21 days from the date of order, and we will contact you directly to arrange a date with you. Due to stock fluctuations there may be shipping delays with some of the ranges.

We have an extensive range of items available throughout our website. If you mix and match items and styles, we will "Cap" the shipping costs.

Deliveries normally take place between 8am and 5pm throughout the working week (Monday to Friday).
